About the Provision Team
Restoration Is Our Mission
At Provision, we believe that property damage restoration is more than just our job. We understand that sewage, water, and fire damage affects more than just houses and businesses. It affects families. That’s why we help our fellow Georgians navigate, mitigate, and restore their properties after experiencing damage. Every customer that trusts us is a relationship we honor, and every dollar we earn is an opportunity to invest in something more.
Our mission of restoration shapes how we show up in every home, on every job, and for every person we serve.
Why We Started Provision
Provision exists to glorify God by providing excellence of service, utmost care for all people, and investing in Christ-centered organizations.
This mission shapes everything:
How we treat customers in their most stressful moments, how we lead and care for our team, and how we steward what's been entrusted to us.
The Provision Story
Provision Property Restoration didn't start as a business venture. It started as a way to provide.
The three of us were serving in ministry together when we first launched Provision.
It was initially meant to be a financial provision for our families, but it quickly grew into something much bigger. We soon realized that this company had purposes far greater than a paycheck: it was a way to care for people, to create opportunity and stability for a growing team, to serve customers with excellence when they need it the most, and to invest in causes that carry an eternal weight.
That conviction hasn't changed. Provision has always been, and will always be, a means to a greater end.
Founded in 2014 with our first office in Suwanee, Georgia, Provision continues to run on the same convictions it was built with.
Provision Is Led by Three Partners
We set our direction together, and each of us leads the company forward in our own lane.
Timothy Mospanyuk

Timothy leads Provision's operations and execution as our Chief Executive Officer. He makes sure everything runs smoothly day-to-day, and works alongside the leadership team to keep the company healthy, consistent, and aligned with the values Provision stands for. As a husband, a father, and a man of faith deeply involved in his church community, Timothy is committed to raising his family well and serving alongside the ministries Provision supports.
Alex Panasyuk
Founder & CSO
Alex is our a Chief Strategy Officer, and heleads Provision's long-term strategy and the systems that allow the company to scale. He focuses on where Provision is heading and how to partner with the leadership team to transform that vision into reality. As a husband and a father with a heart for building something that outlasts him, Alex is involved in his church community and engaged in the mission work and partnerships Provision invests in.
Dmitriy Bochkar
Founder & Managing Partner
Dmitriy is Provision’s Managing Partner, overseeing field operations and leading Provision's special projects. He makes sure every job site reflects the high standards that Provision was built on and steps into the toughest situations alongside the team. As a caring husband, a father, and a man of faith involved in his church community, Dmitriy serves on the mission trips and outreach work that Provision is commited to supporting.
The Values That Guide Our Work
At Provision, these values aren't just a poster on the wall; they’re the framework for how we make every single decision.
WIN-WIN
A deal isn’t done unless every party wins: the costumer, the partner, and the Provision team members. Whether serving a homeowner in crisis or working with a business partner, every outcome must strengthen the relationship, not just the transaction. Short-term wins that come at someone else's expense never last. The long-term ones, built on fairness, always do.
“Do to others as you would have them do to you.” — Luke 6:31
GENEROSITY
We were built to give. Provision was designed to fund eternal impact, support people in need, and create lasting change alongside Partners in Ministry, Renew World Outreach, and Open Hearts UA. Generosity is woven into why we exist, so when we serve a customer, we look for ways to go beyond what's required.
“Do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased.” — Hebrews 13:16
STEWARDSHIP
Everything we have—our resources, our reputation, our team, our customers' trust—has been entrusted to us. We take that seriously. It shapes how we run jobs, manage finances, develop our people, and make decisions that will matter five and ten years from now. Stewardship is the quiet discipline that makes excellence possible.
“Now it is required that those who have been given a trust must prove faithful.” — 1 Corinthians 4:2
